Mirror.co.uk - Lewis Hamilton has splashed out more than £50,000 on a romantic Caribbean trip with new love Nicole Scherzinger. The smitten F1 ace flew to Grenada with the Pussycat Dolls singer after winning the Monaco Grand Prix. A source said: “Things are certainly getting serious between them. Whisking her away like that shows he really means business.”

Lewis, 23, and Nicole, 29, were seen kissing and cuddling as they celebrated his victory on Sunday. Nicole, 29, had flown in to support him and Lewis has returned the favour with a luxury trip.

The couple enjoyed unlimited champagne on a private plane from Nice to Grenada where they were to stay on a private estate. The source added: “He is really pushing the boat out for Nicole. They are on a short break before he heads to his next race in Montreal.”

Note: this is seriously NOT possible because Nicole said that the Pussycat Dolls would record their video this week.

Mirror.co.uk - Lewis Hamilton is not known for his U-turns on the track but appeared to perform one over his love life. Just hours after the Monaco Grand Prix winner and Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger denied being an item - they changed their minds.

Nicole, 29, told friends: “We’ve been seeing each other on and off for three months. He was amazing today.” F1 star Lewis, 23, and Nicole got all revved up kissing and cuddling in Monaco’s Amber lounge while celebrating Sunday’s victory.

Earlier, smitten the race ace introduced Nicole to his family, including dad Anthony and brother Nicolas.
The American singer flew in after Lewis invited her to the pit lane to watch the race of his life.

The pair first got cosy at MTV Awards in Munich last November and kept in touch - despite Lewis being spotted with a string of ladies in Cannes. But a source said: “Lewis and Nicole spent time with his family to celebrate, then snuck off to the Amber lounge. Lewis only had eyes for Nicole - he couldn’t keep his hands off her. They were kissing as if no one else was watching. Then Lewis pulled Nicole up on stage and DJ-ed hip hop tracks. It was packed with celebs including Jenson Button. They went wild when they saw him with Nicole.”

But it seems that Lewis Hamilton’s roving eye could already give his Miss Grenada girlfriend Vivian Burkhardt cause for concern. The Monaco Grand Prix winner was seen holding hands with pop singer Nicole Scherzinger as they walked across the harbour in Monte Carlo - just two days after he was crowned champion on Sunday.

The 23 year-old was linked to the Pussycat Doll after they met at an MTV Awards ceremony in Munich last November. The singer has since described the pair as ’soulmates’. Miss Scherzinger told German newspaper Bild this week: “I love his soul. When I saw him for the first time, I was located in an enormous crowd. He asked me: ‘How do you deal with all this bustle?’ I said to him: Stay close to your family, it gives you everything that you need and keeps your feet on the ground. At that time I didn’t suspect that Lewis is exactly the same family person like me. We are soul mates.”

The 29 year-old flew from the US after being invited to watch the race from the pits by Hamilton.

She arrived just after Miss Burkhardt was sent home to Grenada on the understanding that her presence would prove a distraction. It was a family affair as Miss Scherzinger looked on with his brother Nicholas and father Anthony. The couple then celebrated his win on Sunday night by partying at exclusive club Amber with the likes of Jenson Button.

Meanwhile, former Miss World finalist and current medical student Miss Burkhardt, has returned to her home island in the Caribbean.

Idolator - As a follow-up to the already extensive coverage of Pete Wentz’s music-saving MTV program, we can now reveal that the show has a name (albeit a terrible one, “F’N MTV”), a time slot, and a network-wide initiative behind it (at least for the summer).

The new program, hosted by Wentz (making his original post complaining about the lack of music on MTV seem more like a somewhat clever marketing ploy than actual heartfelt emotion), will air on Friday nights (starting June 13th), with performances and/or new videos from Panic at the Disco, Flo-Rida, The Ting Tings, Snoop Dogg, Lil’ Wayne, The Pussycat Dolls, Duffy, Boys Like Girls and Vampire Weekend. Good thing, because I just can’t seem to get enough of those musical acts these days. So underexposed, the lot of them.

Hello dear friends and fans,

First I want to say an extra special thank you to GLADYS for never giving up on finding a proper forum for Nicole and her fans. As I mentioned in a previous post, I had to take a little time offline to do some soul searching after all the ups and downs of the last few months, but now I’m back STRONGER than ever! But enough about me! I know you come hear to read up on Nicole and what is happening with the DOLLS so here I go!!!

First, I must tell you that the DOLLS have never been as close (and as strong) as they are today! They have always been like sisters, but as we all know families have their highs and lows. Right now, they are MORE UNTIED THAN EVER!!! I think you can tell when you watch their Jimmy Kimmel performance. Normally, to get to that LEVEL of performance, an artist has to go out for months on tour and play hundreds of shows. Not these GIRLS!!! NOPE!!! That was their VERY FIRST PERFORMANCE of the new single and it was incredible. Nic and I watched it over and over again on TIVO and all I kept saying was “Girl, how do you do that???” From walking down those huge steps in the intro and not even looking down… How does she not fall in those shoes??? To dancing full out and STILL being able to sing live and not be winded??? I can’t do that. Can you??? Wow. I think I have the most talented Best Friend in the whole world!!! We both agree (Nic and I) that that POWER, THAT TALENT, that ability to inspire millions… is just the GOD-energy inside of her. She can channel that higher power so well it gives her the ability to connect with everyone in the audience. What a beautiful gift!

I was just hanging out with all the rest of the girls and they are doing better than ever! Kim has the fiercest new haircut and her dancing is more brilliant than ever! Wow, that girl is flexible! Ashley… oh Ashley… She is the silliest, funniest, wackiest, most charming girl ever. I never stop laughing when I’m around her! Beautiful pin up Jessica is now a red head and that girl is so beautiful she can pull of any color. Melody, the baby, is really really coming into her own. I see her growing so much as an artist and her voice is so magical… I love her! As a group, they are TRULY better than ever. I am so excited about all the exciting things coming up!

WATCH the MTV MOVIE AWARDS. You are never gonna believe what they are doing!!! All I can tell you is it is a HUGE production and if you thought the Kimmel performance was awesome, then you will be completely dumbfounded by this one. Robin and the girls have been putting in 10 hour rehearsals to make this the best PCD performance ever!

What else can I tell you??? OH, its Nicole’s Bday soon and I am trying to plan something special. HELP??? What do you think I should get her? What do you think YOUR best friend would like? Right now, I am thinking of taking her to Catalina Island on my dad’s boat for some special girl time… kayaking, paddling, bike riding… Nicole loves Nature and the Ocean so I think that will be perfect. MAYBE I might even post some pictures if you are really, really lucky.
